Violations
Notices with a paper trail, not a shouting match.
First notice, hearing, fine, dispute - every step in one place, linked to the rule it cites. We can even mail the letter for you.
Built by the sitting vice president of an Austin, TX HOA, for the board he still serves on.

Announcements
Getting a message to the whole community usually means sending an email, then texting the people who never open email, then mailing the few who aren't online at all. ManyAve handles all of it from one screen.
One send, four channels. App, email, text, and printed mail go out together, and you can preview each version before it leaves.
Draft with AI. A rough note like “pool closed Thursday for pump repair” becomes something you'd actually send, with the real date pulled from your community calendar.
Proof it landed. See exactly what went out on every channel, catch bounces and failed deliveries by name, and get postal delivery confirmation: a record you can point to when a decision is questioned.
What ManyAve does
Built around the actual rhythm of an association - the violation notice, the community calendar, the dues bill an owner shouldn't dread opening.

Violations
First notice, hearing, fine, dispute - every step in one place, linked to the rule it cites. We can even mail the letter for you.

Community page & kiosk
A public community page with announcements and a shared month calendar, one you can leave open on a lobby screen.

For owners
Install ManyAve straight from the browser on iPhone or Android: current balance, the last notice received, autopay receipts in plain language. No portal clutter.
Owner voting
Votes run online and carry an audit trail, so the decision holds up later.
Document Q&A
Ask a question across your CC&Rs, bylaws, and minutes; get the cited answer.
Price lock
The rate you sign up at is your rate for 12 months, even if prices change.
Owner privacy
Never sold, never used for advertising. Only the services that run ManyAve touch it, and they're all listed in our privacy policy.
Violations
Log a covenant issue with photos, send the notice, and track it to resolution on one dated record for the case. Every step is saved with a date, so the same rules land the same way for every home, and proving you sent the second notice is never a scramble.
Dues & ledger
Owners pay online, or set autopay once. Every payment, credit, and late fee lands on that property's ledger. The reports a board actually asks for - who owes what, what is overdue - export to CSV.
Dues, statements, and the ledger live in the same place - no exporting to a separate billing tool, no spreadsheet stitched together at the end of the quarter.
Online dues
Stripe, ACH + card
Autopay, one-time payments, plain-language receipts.
Per-property ledger
Payments, credits, fees
Every charge, payment, and credit tied to the property, with the owner always seeing their current balance and receipts.
Bulk requests
Whole-community sends
Send a dues cycle in one pass. Every selected owner gets a one-click pay link, and the board gets a printable collection summary.
Reports
Aging, late fees, subs
Dashboards for dues and violations, plus CSV export when the board wants the raw numbers.
Everything else
One place for the calendar, documents, directory, requests, and reporting your board handles every month, instead of scattered across inboxes and personal laptops.
Post meetings and events so nobody can say they did not know.
Keep CC&Rs, bylaws, and minutes where owners can find them without asking.
Every owner and property, with the full history on one record.
A shared inbox for resident email and messages, so follow-ups never get lost.
See dues and violations at a glance, without building a spreadsheet.
A public community page residents can check anytime, so fewer questions reach you.
Manage your roster and exactly who can see and do what.
Payments & security
Dues, autopay, and one-time payments run through Stripe. Card numbers never touch ManyAve's servers, and your reserve and operating funds settle directly to the association's bank.
PCI DSS Level 1 certified
Autopay, one-time, mailed-check reconciliation
Never stored on ManyAve servers
Encrypted end-to-end
Encrypted database and backups
Inherited via payments processor
Stripe is the payments infrastructure used by Shopify, Amazon, Target, and most US-based SaaS. ManyAve's own SOC 2 report is in progress; ask for the latest status during onboarding.
Switching
You should not have to re-key a year of ledger history to change software. We import owners, balances, documents, and the last 12 months of your ledger during onboarding. We scope onboarding so you are live in under two weeks.
Nothing is locked in. Cancel any month with no fee, and you keep an export of your ledger, documents, and owner roster on the way out.
A real board, not a sales rep. Today that means the founder's own, and we say so up front.
Send us what you have
A roster, a spreadsheet, a ledger export, or the login to your current portal. Whatever shape it is in.
We import it
Owners, properties, balances, documents, and the last 12 months of ledger history come across with you.
You check it
Review the imported balances against your own records before a single owner sees anything.
Invite the community
Owners get their login and the first announcement, and the community is live.
Who builds this
I'm Zack Novosad. I've served on my HOA board since 2023, first as its president, and I'm still serving now. ManyAve is what my board runs on every month, including the parts nobody enjoys. Delivery receipts exist because we had to prove a notice landed. The violation timeline exists because the clock had to run the same way for every home. If you write to us, I'm the one who answers.
Zack Novosad, board vice president, Austin, TX
The math
We are not going to quote you an “average management fee,” because every number like that on the internet comes from management companies quoting their own rates. Here is our side of it, in the same units your invoice uses. Put it next to that invoice.
