Who is ManyAve actually for?
Self-managed HOAs and condo boards, and the small management companies that run a handful of associations. If you spend Sunday afternoons chasing dues and violation notices through email threads, you're our person.
What's included in the 30-day trial?
Everything in your chosen plan — dues, violations, owner votes, documents, the community page, calendar, and shared inbox. No card required at signup. Add a card to keep going at day 30; the trial doesn't quietly turn into a charge.
Is the price really locked for 12 months?
Yes. The tier you sign up at is your monthly rate for the first 12 months, even if we raise prices. After that, any change comes with 30 days of in-app and email notice.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and you get two months free — twelve months of service for the price of ten. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
What if my community grows past a tier mid-year?
We don't surprise-bill you. If your unit count crosses a tier, we contact you before changing anything, and the new tier takes effect at your next renewal.
Will you migrate us off our current portal?
Yes. We import owners, balances, documents, and the last 12 months of ledger history during onboarding. Most associations are live in under two weeks.
What's the difference between Core and AI?
Core is everything you need to run the association: dues, violations, owner votes, documents, the community page, calendar, and shared inbox. AI adds Document Q&A across your CC&Rs, bylaws, and minutes, plus drafting and review tools — on top of the same workspace, one subscription.
Do trustees and managers count as seats?
No. Unlimited trustees, managers, owners, and documents on every tier. Pricing is sized to the community, not the people inside it.
How do you handle owner payments?
Autopay, ACH, and card are included. Receipts go out in plain language. Resident payment fees are passed through at cost — we don't mark them up.
Can we cancel?
Any month, no fee. You keep an export of your ledger, documents, and owner roster on the way out.
