Terms of Service

ManyAve provides web-based software for community associations, including dues collection and a property ledger, violation tracking, owner voting, document management, community pages, and related features (the "Service"). We may update, improve, or change the Service from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your association or organization to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your association's data — owner records, ledgers, documents, messages — belongs to your association. You grant ManyAve a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying for the Service you also agree to Stripe's terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages outside the normal course of association business.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe for payments and email providers for delivery. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and ManyAve is not responsible for their performance or availability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." ManyAve is not a law firm, accounting firm, or property manager. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring your association's use of the Service complies with its governing documents and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyAve's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. ManyAve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you may export your association's data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll give reasonable notice — typically by email or an in-app message — before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
